Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using hushpocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. hushpocket is operated by Fulcrum Pte Limited.
Description of Service
hushpocket is a cloud-based expense tracking and receipt management service. We provide tools to capture, store, categorise and report on business expenses. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use hushpocket only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use the service in a way that could damage or impair its operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Data and Privacy
Your expense data belongs to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. We store your data securely and use it only to provide the service. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the hushpocket software, design and content belong to Fulcrum Pte Limited. You retain ownership of the data you upload. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulcrum Pte Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of hushpocket. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Service Availability
We aim to keep hushpocket available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned downtime where possible.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of hushpocket after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
